How it works
What happens
A customer fills in the form on your site. They get a confirmation text right away. It says something like "Thanks, I got your message and I'll be in touch soon." Their name, number and message are saved in the app, and you get a prompt alert.
Text alerts when you want them
Choose email or text alerts during setup. If you turn on text alerts, a new form lead shows up on your phone. Leave them off and it comes by email instead.
It keeps going if you're busy
If the customer goes quiet after the confirmation, they get a short follow-up text a day later. One more goes out two days after that. It stops the moment they reply.
The details
Every inquiry shows where it came from
Each message is marked with the page or ad it came through. That shows you which ones bring in inquiries.
No texts in the middle of the night
Follow-up texts only go out at sensible hours.
Nothing gets lost
