Every enrollment call you miss gets a text back.
We build your website and put every call, text and web inquiry in one app. When you're teaching and can't pick up, the parent hears from you within seconds and can book a tour on your calendar.
For schools, tutoring centers and education startups. Set up in about a week. Cancel whenever.
Parents call during the school day, which is when you're teaching.
Families shopping for a school or a tutor call a few places in the same afternoon. When the call goes to voicemail, most parents don't leave a message. They call the next one on their list.
A text back from you, sent within seconds, starts the conversation while the interest is fresh. Parents who'd rather book than talk can pick a tour time on your calendar that night.

Hi, it's Sarah at Brightpath Learning. Sorry I missed your call, I'm with a student right now. Are you asking about enrollment, a tour or something else?

Math tutoring for my son, he's in 7th grade. Do you have evening times?
I do, Tuesdays and Thursdays after 5. Pick a time to come in and meet me here: brightpathlearning.com/book
Booked Thursday at 5:30. See you then!
You're booked for Thursday at 5:30 PM. I'll send you a reminder the day before.
Set tour times around the school day
Parents book a tour, assessment or first visit from the times you have opened. The confirmation goes out by text.
Open tours before class, after dismissal or on the evenings you choose. Families never see the rest of your calendar.
What it doesn't do
It won't bring you customers out of thin air. We don't run ads and we don't sell leads. It works on the calls and forms you already get. Fewer of them slip away.
It isn't a student information system. Keep your gradebook, your billing and your class software. This handles the first conversation with a new family, up to the tour.
It won't promise you page one of Google. The site is built so Google can read it properly. Where you rank after that is Google's call, and anyone who promises otherwise is guessing.
If nobody calls your business yet, spend the money getting your name out first. Come back when the phone rings more than you can answer it.
What schools and tutors ask
Which kinds of schools is this for?
Private schools, tutoring and test prep centers, preschools, education startups, and music, art, dance and language schools. If parents or students call you to ask about enrolling, it fits.
Can parents book a tour without calling?
Yes. The booking link is on your website and in the texts. They pick a time you've opened, and the confirmation and a reminder go out by text.
Who writes the website?
We do. You send your programs, photos and schedule, and we build it. Changes after launch are included.
How long until it's running?
About a week. We build it, you look at it, we change what you want changed.
Do I have to change my number?
No. Your cell stays your cell. The business number is a separate local one that sits alongside it.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. No setup fee, cancel whenever. The number, the site and the texts are the service, so they stop when you stop. Better you hear that now than find out later.
Do you run ads?
No. We don't run ads and we don't sell leads. This works on the calls you already get.
What if I already have a website?
Bring it up on the call. If yours is doing its job we'll say so.
What happens on the call?
Twenty minutes. You watch a missed call get a text back on a real phone, ask what you want, then decide.
Not your industry?
Test an enrollment inquiry
We'll show you the missed-call text, a parent's reply and a booked tour on a real phone. You can ask the awkward questions too.
