Top Crew Systems is a service of EmpowerU Marketing LLC. These terms cover text messages sent by us and by the businesses that use our software.
The two programs
Messages from Top Crew Systems
If you give us your mobile number on this website or on a call with us, we may text you about your enquiry, your account, and scheduling. Message frequency varies.
Messages from a business that uses our software
Our customers are small businesses. When you call one of them and they miss it, or you fill in a form on their website, the business may reply about that request from its own business number. A business may also send appointment reminders, review requests or offers if you separately agreed to receive those texts. The message comes from that business, and the business is responsible for it. Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages, depending on your plan. We do not control those charges. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop all future texts from that business to your number. You will get at most one message confirming it.
If you change your mind, reply START or UNSTOP to the same number to begin receiving messages again.

How we get your consent
A business may reply about a call or website form you started. Appointment reminders, review requests and offers require separate agreement. Consent can be given in one of these ways:
- You called a business and did not get an answer, so their system replies to the number you called from
- You submitted a form on a website and gave your mobile number
- You agreed to receive a booking confirmation, appointment reminder or review request
- You separately agreed to receive offers by text
- You gave us your number directly, on this site or on a call
We do not buy phone number lists, and we do not text numbers that were never given to us or to our customer.
What we do with your number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Supported carriers
Messages are supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
